Terms and Conditions for Late Payments

These terms and conditions apply to any individual or entity who has acquired services or products and has not made the corresponding payment within the first month from the date of invoice issuance or debt notification.

 

Late Payment

a. Any payment not received within the one-month period from the date of invoice issuance or debt notification is considered late.

b. Customers who fail to make payment within this period will be subject to a penalty of 20% on the total amount owed.

 

Penalty

a. The 20% penalty will be automatically applied to the total outstanding amount after the first month of overdue.

b. This penalty will be calculated on the outstanding balance, excluding any accumulated interest.

 

Communication

a. Customers will be notified of any outstanding balance before the expiration of the one-month period.

b. Periodic reminders will be sent after the expiration of the one-month period until payment is made.

 

Legal Action

a. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover any outstanding debt after the one-month period, including but not limited to initiating legal proceedings and recovering additional legal costs.

b. The 20% penalty will be applicable in addition to any other costs or fees associated with debt recovery.

 

Payment Agreement

a. Customers facing difficulties in making payment within the specified period may contact our financial team to discuss alternative payment options.

b. Special payment agreements may be established under certain circumstances, subject to approval by financial management.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By acquiring our services or products, customers automatically agree to these payment terms and conditions.
